We have openings for this 1099 position in our Wilmington clinic as well as telehealth hybrid position.
We are seeking a fully Licensed LMFT, LCMHC, LICSW, or LP Therapist. This position is for an office share in Wilmington. The position involves conducting diagnostic intakes and providing outpatient therapy, developing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating client care with other providers, keeping all required documentation and maintaining an overall caseload of full-time scheduled clients, 3-5 days per week. We offer an extremely competitive fee split which includes EHR, billing, clinic marketing and advertising, the ability to set your own schedule, and most overhead admin expenses, as well as quarterly group consult. We are in network with all major insurance companies. This is not a W2 employee position. This is a 1099 position in which the clinician would run their own caseload as a self-employed independent contractor. This position is suitable for those who wish to be more independent and are self-motivated to create their dream caseload.
Required Qualifications
• Licensure of LMFT, LCSW, LP, or LPC
• Previous outpatient therapy experience is strongly desired.
• Able to contract with major health insurance payors

• Interest in utilizing clinical intuition.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment interventions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in written and verbal form.
• Ability to take initiative to engage and problem solve.
• Confident, self-aware, and intuitive.
• Human-centered instinct to address interpersonal and intrapersonal issues as they arise.
• Strongly preferred specialty trauma certification and/or training such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, ART, Brainspotting, etc. but not required.
